Working as a recruiter for 5 years, Mary Thomson, the CEO and founder of Render Staffing Agency understood there is something wrong with the staffing process. He felt there should be a third party between the companies that need talent and job seekers looking for their dream job. That’s how the idea of starting a staffing agency was born.
